I am back home and trying to catch up with everything I left behind. Something happens when I go to Seattle to grand puppy sit. It is as if as the days progress, my brain slowly melts. I become one with my son's incredible television and end up watching all sorts of series from beginning to end.
By the end of the three weeks, I had watched: The Morning Show, Big Little Lies, Shmigadoon, Little House on the Prairie (the new one), Lessons in Chemistry, and I have a feeling there was another I can't remember.
I learned all about Jimothy the raccoon because I was in Seattle, and right now, Jimothy is big. I went to Woodland Zoo my last day there with my daughter in law, Allyson. We got temporary tattoos together. I saw baby lions and a baby monkey. I got the traditional penguin photo for Andy, and basically had an awesome time.
There is a problem with the activities above. There is no mention of newsletters, writing time, reading time, book clubs, or anything else. Sorry. I promise you that the dog and two kitties are adorable.
But I am back, and even though I want to sleep more than anything else right now, I will be working until the end of August like crazy.
I have decided that my daily reading and writing hour will be at 3:00 pm EST. I will send out an individual email to those who requested it, letting you know it will be happening.
I will also have the book club officially be on the last Monday of every month at 6:00 pm EST. I will also send emails to the people who have signed up to be part of it. The first book will be Mayhem and the Mortal on August 31st.
